CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION AND AUTHORISATION PLANNING
Whether new building, reuse, expansion or renovation, we are happy to support you in your project individually and tailored to your needs. Are you unsure about your building possibilities? With a pre-construction request, the permissibility of a construction project can be clarified legally before the start of construction and before the detailed construction planning. The decision is not about the development of a plot per se, but about the permissibility of a specific building project. The permit planning, also called input planning or submission planning, is a part of the construction planning for the realisation of buildings. It covers all services for compiling a building application on the basis of an existing design with the aim of issuing a building permit. The approved design shall be the basis for the implementation planning.

FROM IDEAS TO CONSTRUCTION
As part of the implementation planning, the previous design or permit planning is completed to the extent that the construction project can be realized. During the planning process, there is usually an intensive exchange between all those involved in the planning process as well as with external experts such as experts, product manufacturers and possibly also executing companies in order to clarify detailed questions.
Our idea of design combines design with the possibilities of industrial production and local execution. We design architecture from our understanding of function and the respective local context. The result is an individual and integrated structure. Resources and materials are valuable to us. We’re going to be moderate about that. With our work methodology, we calculate precisely and manage complex tasks in a timely manner. We aim to make architecture viable beyond a certain use. Architecture is sustainable, functional and individual for us. We design permanent, changeable and lively buildings. From the idea to the approval to the completion.

INTERIOR DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN
With our understanding of design and function, we design products and architectural spaces. The design results from a network of requirements. Individually and functionally shaped by premise and context. Big and small. The design of interiors is subject to the same laws as the architectural integration into higher-level urban structures. This idea guides our design. From design, to production, to long-term use. In implementation, parametric planning minimises the use of resources. This reduces staff and planning times. Sustainability in function, production process and appearance is created.
